Tekelec to Present on SIP Signaling and Session Control at CEE Telecoms 2009

MORRISVILLE, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--[ Tekelec ] (NASDAQ: TKLC) will discuss the evolution toward IP signaling and the need for session control in next generation networks (NGNs) at [ CEE Telecoms 2009 ], January 29-30 in Bucharest, Romania.

Operators from Central Eastern Europe (CEE) will gain insight on the benefits of an intelligent core network, the steps to evolve from SS7 to SIP signaling, and technologies enabling the inter-connection of different types of network signaling.
