Sat, January 24, 2009 ADP Dealer Services Announces the Acquisition of Automaster Oy
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) today announced the acquisition of Automaster Oy of Helsinki, Finland. The Automaster Group develops and delivers dealer management and importer management systems and related consulting, training and project services for the automotive retail industry worldwide.
Founded in 1983, Automaster is a privately owned company supporting vehicle dealers and importers with its Automaster product set. Automaster has an enviable reputation as a leading DMS provider and benefits from a strong position in the Finland market as well as established footprints in many markets including the Nordic Region, Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia. In total, Automaster serves more than 500 customers across 39 countries with over 20,000 users representing 30 different brands.
