DealerTrack Launches OpenTrack? Program to Integrate Third-Party Vendors with the DealerTrack Arkona DMS

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--DealerTrack Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK), a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the U.S. automotive retail industry, today announced the launch of OpenTrack, a new program that will provide third-party technology vendors with seamless, secure integration with the DealerTrack Arkona dealer management system (DMS), enhancing the efficiency and productivity of their mutual dealer customers.

• Service data
• Parts data

With secure data encryption and either batch or real-time data processing, the interfaces fully meet vendors' needs at affordable price points. DealerTrack has structured this easy-to-join program with an automated online certification process, and streamlined documentation and integration requirements. Over 30 vendors are already in various stages of finalizing OpenTrack agreements or completing the certification process.
