DealerTrack Launches Enhanced CRM Solution with Internet Lead Management

(Nasdaq: TRAK), a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the U.S. automotive retail industry, today announced the launch of an enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution with Internet Lead Management (ILM) capability, which is now available to users of the DealerTrack Arkona dealer management system (DMS).
The enhanced CRM solution, which is built into the DealerTrack DMS, provides cutting-edge functionality to help dealers communicate consistently and effectively with all their customers. By encouraging them to make contact through multiple channels on a timely basis, the solution helps dealers turn leads into vehicle sales, maximize parts and service revenue, and build customer loyalty over the long term. It also has an intuitive graphical user interface and includes robust reporting capabilities, with multiple lead and customer reports that can highlight new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
Through its new Internet Lead Management capability, the solution is integrated with OEM and third party lead providers, which enables Internet prospects to be automatically entered into the DMS. In addition, customizable lead routing and comprehensive management reports help guard against lost or mishandled leads.
