NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - January 7, 2009) - Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ MSPD ]), a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure and consumer premise equipment (CPE) applications, today announced it will showcase Mindspeed's Comcerto® 100 packet processor integrated with DigiOn's DiXiM Media Server (DMS) Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) technology component utilizing Wind River's Platform for Consumer Devices, Linux Edition at the 2009 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nev.

The demonstration will show how a broadband home router implementing DLNA technology allows consumers to effortlessly share or stream digital media saved in non-DLNA-enabled storage devices with a variety of home consumer electronic devices such as televisions, set-top boxes, personal computers and gaming consoles. The demonstration will take place in Mindspeed's booth, which will be located in South Hall 1 of the Las Vegas Convention Center, number 21828.
