XnE, Inc.: Siena Technologies, Inc. Name Change to XnE, Inc. and 500 to 1 Reverse Took Effect July 1, 2009

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - July 14, 2009) - Siena Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ SIEN ]) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to XnE, Inc. and the new ticker symbol is (PINKSHEETS: [ XNEZ ]). Along with the name change, a 500 to 1 reverse went effective July 1, 2009.

Siena Technologies, Inc. CEO, Michael Cummings, stated, "The Company's Board of Directors, as well as the Majority Shareholder, believes that the Name Change is in the Company's best interest and is intended to more accurately reflect the Company's operations and interests. At present, the Company is no longer engaged in the technology business but in the sports and entertainment industry. The name stands for 'excellence in entertainment' and better reflects the future operations of the Company.
