FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - July 13, 2009) - Information Architects Corp. (PINKSHEETS: [ IACH ]) announced today, that through its subsidiary IAGreen/Mac1 Industries, it has signed an agreement for office space at 16 West 45th Street, 2nd Floor, New York City, NY 10036.

IAGreen ([ www.mac1ind.com/index.html ]) offers the next generation of Thin Film Solar Panels as well as state-of-the-art standard and custom LED lighting solutions. Mac1 Industries will also be coming out with a home and business wind generator solution.

Sam Abecassis, President of CTS Technologies Inc., an IAGreen subsidiary, is presently in negotiations in Spain for Solar Panel farm and LED lighting for some of their highways. In Spain, the sun is out for up to fifteen hours a day, therefore benefiting the solar farm. Revenue projections are to $20 million on this project alone. We currently have offices in Florida, Montreal, Spain, France and Morocco.

Nicole Craig, Vice President of Marketing, states that the new office space in New York will give IAGreen a much needed market recognition throughout the Green Industry. The whole world looks at New York as a center of Finance and cutting edge Green Technologies. We also plan to open offices in Chicago, California, London and China over the next year. Right now the Green Technologies are very new and we plan on being a leader in Carbon Credits and Green Solutions.
