FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - July 6, 2009) - Information Architects Corp. (PINKSHEETS: [ IACH ]) announced today that thru its subsidiary, IAGreen, it has signed an agreement with Mac1 Industries, a Green energy company.

Mac1 Industries ([ www.mac1ind.com/index.html ]) offers the next generation of Thin Film Solar Panels as well as state of the art standard and custom LED lighting solutions. Mac1 Industries will also be coming out with a home and business wind generator solution.

Sam Abecassis, CEO of Mac1 Industries, states, "We are daily being presented with many new green opportunities and new ventures for IAGreen. We at IAGreen expect to top $60,000,000 in sales next year for the solar and LED bulbs, plus additional revenue from any/all new technologies that will be added to Mac1 industries. All of this will require new credit resources and bridge moneys for the customers that will qualify for the government grants."

Nicole Craig, Vice President of Marketing, states, "Plans are in the works for IAGreen to find a grant writer, either internal or external, to expedite the expected flow of grant writing as a part of this and other carbon and government energy saving programs. IAGreen will acquire the Carbon and Energy credits that will be earned as part of the United Nations Energy programs. These credits have a worldwide trading platform and trade much like shares of stock. JPMorgan entered the carbon credit market a few months ago along with most members of the United Nations, Corporate worldwide and one of the last to get going was the United States. Within the next 2-3 years the different Carbon Credits, Energy Credits and every type of new Green credit worldwide will become as common as the New York Stock Exchange. The major difference will be that the countries that are omitting green gases will have no choice other than to purchase these credits in this new worldwide market. Watch us, as we plan to be somewhere in the front and a leader in the new green solution industries and carbon credit exchange markets."

On June 25th, 2009 under the Obama Administration, "the Recovery Act appropriated $3.1 billion to the State Energy Program to help achieve national energy independence and promote local economic recovery. States use these grants at the federal and local level to create green jobs and efficiency technologies (such as IAGreen). This initiative is part of the Obama Administration's national strategy to support job growth, while making a historic down payment on clean energy and conservation." Under the Obama Administration, there is also a stimulus package created for businesses so they can get a 30% tax credit from the federal government as well as up to 12% tax credit from local governments for energy savings.
