LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 8, 2009) - Zcom Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ ZCNW ]) subsidiary Kortel Communications, Inc. ([ www.kortel.net ]) has signed a Telecom Voice Agreement with MTN Communications of Nigeria. By doing so, Kortel Communications again expanded its global telecommunications network's reach. Kortel can now provide premium-quality switched mobile traffic from various global connection points for calls going to Nigeria proper. The originating mobile voice traffic will be switched through our network in Los Angeles. "We continue to aggressively pursue partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint ventures with tier one telecom companies worldwide," said Dr. Alex Parsinia, CEO of Zcom.
