In a board of directors meeting held on July 16, 2009, the board of iFinix Corp voted to extend the expiration date of INIX "A" warrants until September 30, 2009.
The company is opening up a "Warrant Hotline" as a method to assist shareholders to better understand the terms and conditions of the "A" and "B" Warrants."
The "Warrant Hotline" will be open from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. EDT on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, commencing on Monday, July 20, 2009 until Friday, July 31, 2009. The hotline will resume with the same schedule on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 and continue until Wednesday, September 30, 2009.
