National Automation Services, Inc.: National Automation Services, Inc. Adds New Company
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 30, 2009) - National Automation Services, Inc. ([ www.nasautomation.com ]) (
Control Engineering establishes a base of operations in California, which is being cultivated by NAS with Siemens and Walters Wholesale Electric (who is the Siemens Distributor with 31 locations in this market) to go after large projects in the region as a one source solution to municipal and industrial markets, which is a very unique approach for clients.
The Company creates a formidable regional footprint with the addition of Control Engineering Inc. and the NAS/Siemens/Walters Team ("Team") feel that there will be considerable impact to the regional revenues base for the Company given the market and the relationships within industry the Team brings to Control Engineering.
In describing the addition of Control Engineering to the operations of NAS, Bob Chance, CEO of National Automation, stated: "We are very excited about the addition of Control Engineering to the Company as we believe the founders and current management share the same vision as the rest of us, and that is to build a nationwide presence out of established automation and controls companies, which have largely been regional by nature. Dave Lautner and Carlos Carrillo P.E., who bring over 35 years experience to the Team, along with their highly experienced management team, will contribute to the innate value of NAS over the years. This is one of many new acquisitions we are seeking in the short and long term plans here at NAS. I want to take this opportunity to welcome Dave and Carlos to NAS."
NAS seeks to integrate certain administrative and operational functions of Control Engineering into the Corporate Offices in Henderson, Nevada and expects this will be completed within the coming months.
The acquisition committee of NAS is currently reviewing and approaching additional Companies throughout the U.S. with an aggressive strategy for the second half of this year and into 2010.

ABOUT NATIONAL AUTOMATION SERVICES, INC.
NAS is a small automation and controls company. Before the Industrial Revolution, virtually all goods were made by hand. With the Industrial boom of the 1900s, the automation and controls industry was born to improve the quality and reduce the costs of tedious, repetitive tasks in the industrial plants, allowing the owners of the plant to improve not only quality but competitiveness as well.
NAS has performed services involving waste/water treatment, airport security, bottling, power plants, mining, breweries, food processing, and tire and textile manufacturing, among others. NAS intends to build a nationwide company through acquisitions and internal growth. We currently focus on:
Industrial Automation and Control. NAS has an experienced staff of electrical and control engineers, as well as project managers, with experience in industrial automation and controls. The Company's business is currently focused in Nevada, Arizona, and Utah, but it intends to expand its footprint in the U.S. through internal growth and acquisitions.
Automation Manufacturing. NAS is a certified Underwriters Laboratories panel fabrication facility, and we believe this nationally recognized certification provides NAS with significant marketplace credibility for custom control panel assembly and fabrication.
The automation industry in the U.S. exceeds $400 billion in sales, largely through a handful of large companies which offer national, as well as worldwide support for the corporate and government clients they serve. However, the industry is highly fragmented, with about 286 companies of modest size in the U.S., privately owned and local in nature, conducting a total approximately $32 billion in annual sales. In fiscal 2008 NAS had sales of approximately $3,100,000 (audited).
