This system, known as the Common Framework for Cislunar Space Reference, provides a standardized method for describing positions, trajectories, and orbits in the region between Earth and the Moon. The initiative seeks to address the increasing complexity of space operations, including satellite deployments, lunar missions, and potential future human settlements.
