eGovernment Provider NIC Promotes Robert Knapp to Executive Vice President
OLATHE, Kan.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--eGovernment services firm NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV) today announced the promotion of Robert Knapp to Executive Vice President effective immediately.
Knapp has a 9-year history with NIC's portal business and has served as General Manager, Regional Manager, and most recently as Vice President of Portal Operations. In his new role, Knapp will maintain oversight of portal operations but also leverage his extensive knowledge of the portal business to contribute to the development of strategic company-wide growth initiatives.

Prior to NIC, Knapp was Director of Information Systems at ALLTEL where he managed large bank relationships and was responsible for the account relationship, revenue growth, renewal of contracts, and cross-selling of services.
