OLATHE, Kan.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV) will host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter 2008 financial performance on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at 4:30 p.m. (EDT). Fourth quarter financial results will be issued via news release at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) the same day.
