

CSP Inc. Announces New Stock Repurchase Program
BILLERICA, Mass.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CSP Inc. (NASDAQ: CSPI), a provider of IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, today reported that its board of directors has authorized a new stock repurchase program, which authorizes the Company to buy up to 350,000 shares of its Common Stock. Stock purchases under the program will be made from time-to-time at the discretion of management. The Company currently has approximately 53,000 shares authorized to repurchase under its previous stock repurchase program.
