Millicom International Cellular: Directorate Change
NEW YORK & STOCKHOLM, Sweden--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Millicom International Cellular S.A. (NASDAQ:MICC) (STO:MIC), the global telecommunications company, today announces that Mr Marten Pieters has decided to leave his position as Non-Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors.
The decision by Mr Pieters follows his appointment as CEO of Vodafone Essar which will be in conflict with his position on the Board of Millicom.
Millicom International Cellular S.A. is a global telecommunications group with mobile telephony operations in 16 countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
