DiamondPhone Executes Services Agreement With i2Telecom
ATLANTA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--i2Telecom International, Inc. ("i2Telecom®") (OTCBB: [ ITUI ]), a leading developer of award-winning patented and innovative high-quality mobile applications and services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with DiamondPhone, LLC ("DiamondPhone") to host its Internet telephony application, which is targeted towards the medical office community. DiamondPhone estimates that at least 50,000 lines will utilize its proprietary telephony application by the end of this year's third quarter. Additionally, DiamondPhone expects to finalize government-subsidized agreements with a number of medical offices for the provision of high-quality phone systems and telecommunications services.
DiamondPhone connects single- and multi-office business users to a highly robust feature set that is tailored to medical office users. One of the primary value drivers for DiamondPhone involves the ability to execute phone-based prescriptions between physician offices and pharmacies, thereby eliminating the need for traditional paper prescriptions.
