SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2009) - ubroadcast, inc. (OTCBB: [ UBCI ]), a leader in Internet Broadcasting, today announced the much anticipated launch of its "ubroadcast TV" service and newly designed web site, [ www.ubroadcast.com ].

The Company now offers users a complete web based broadcasting platform -- TV and radio -- that enables anyone to quickly and easily broadcast a LIVE or On Demand channel to a global, interactive audience via the Internet.

UBCI plans to announce many more features for live and recorded broadcasting and enhanced monetization and distribution options.

"Our pre-launch user reaction was incredibly positive and we are very proud to bring the power of LIVE video and radio broadcasting to everyone," said John Castiglione, President of ubroadcast. "With a variety of niche programming from our multitude of broadcasters, we are providing quality entertainment and opportunities for others to monetize our service which is important in the current economic climate."

He concluded, "We are excited about the direction we are headed in.
