Under the agreement, UBCI will offer Pure Play Music's unsigned and emerging artists and fans the option to access ubroadcast's live production and broadcasting capabilities as an embedded option on its social networking platform so they may broadcast live audio and video.
Pure Play Music will offer UBCI's broadcasters access to its catalogue of emerging artist music for use in various ways on UBCI's ubroadcast.com broadcasting platform.
UBCI believes that the services covered by the agreement are central strategic elements to its ubroadcast TV
