Tekelec: Tekelec Announces Release Date for First Quarter 2009 Results

MORRISVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - April 9, 2009) - Tekelec (NASDAQ: [ TKLC ]) today announced that it plans to issue a press release covering its financial results for the first quarter 2009 on May 7, 2009 before market open.

Conference Call

Tekelec has scheduled a conference call for Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 8 a.m. EDT for management to discuss its first quarter 2009 results. The Company also plans to provide both GAAP and Non-GAAP numbers (including GAAP reconciliations) for the first quarter 2009 on its Web site immediately prior to the call, and to discuss during this call certain forward-looking information concerning management's outlook for the business.
