SAVANNAH, GA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2009) - PureSpectrum, Inc. (
The NAED is the trade association for the $70 billion electrical distribution industry, and the National Electrical Leadership Summit gathers executives from the most prominent electrical distributors in the country. PureSpectrum representatives will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with top level executives from major U.S. electrical distributors to introduce the company's unique dimming fluorescent lighting and discuss becoming a product supplier.
The NAED supports its membership through networking, education, research and benchmarking intended to increase profitability and improve the distribution channel by introducing the membership to new products and technologies that will benefit vendors and consumers. The NAED's membership currently operates in more than 4,000 locations throughout the world.
"The purchasing power represented by this show is immense," said PureSpectrum Vice President of Sales Garth Kullman. "We will be introduced to people from all of the country's major electrical distributors and be able to discuss how our products fit the needs of their customers. We are establishing distribution channels for PureSpectrum's dimmable Compact Fluorescent Lamps and dimmable linear fluorescent ballasts while also initiating relationships for any future technology advances such as wireless lighting control systems, Light Emitting Diode (LED) systems or other green products."
Last week at LightFair International, PureSpectrum launched its proprietary line of dimmable CFLs and introduced breakthrough dimming technologies for energy linear fluorescent and commercial and industrial lighting systems. Kullman said the company was received enthusiastically at LightFair International by manufacturers, distributors and industry organizations searching for affordable energy efficient lighting solutions and said most visitors to the PureSpectrum booth stated an immediate need for the company's products.
"After appearing at LightFair International, we are confident the demand is in place for our lighting products and solutions," Kullman said. "We are beginning the follow up process, and as we explore the responses and discussions from LightFair we are discovering that there may be more opportunities than we realized for these technologies. The flexibility and performance capabilities of PureSpectrum's technologies make multiple avenues for product sales and licensing arrangements available to the company."
