MORRISVILLE, N.C.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Tekelec (NASDAQ: TKLC) today announced that it plans to issue a press release covering its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2008 on February 11, 2009 before market open.
Conference Call
Tekelec has scheduled a conference call for Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. EST for management to discuss fourth quarter and full year results. The Company also plans to provide on its web site immediately prior to the call both GAAP and Non-GAAP numbers (including GAAP reconciliations) for the fourth quarter and full year 2008, and to discuss during this call certain forward-looking information concerning the Company's prospects for 2009.
