Koninklijke Ten Cate NV: CFO Royal Ten Cate decides to step down
ALMELO, NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - April 6, 2009) -
TenCate reports that the Chief Financial Officer, Jan Wegstapel, has decided to pursue other interests.
In good consultation with the Supervisory Board, his departure, which is not related to the course of affairs and results during the current fiscal year, was accepted.
The position will be temporarily taken over by Jaap Lock, the former CFO of TenCate.
The Boards of TenCate expresses its gratitude to Jan Wegstapel for his contribution to the developments of the organization in the previous years.
