SANTA ROSA, CA--(Marketwire - April 9, 2009) - American TonerServ Corp. (OTCBB: [ ASVP ]) ("ATS"), a strategic consolidator in the printing supplies and services industry, today named Chad Solter as a member of its board of directors.

Solter is the founder and president of iPrint Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by American TonerServ in October 2008. His appointment expands American TonerServ's board to six members.
