Information Architects: Information Architects Engages Ex-Auditor Jaspers and Hall as Pre-Audit Consultants to Prepare Company

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - July 21, 2009) - Information Architects Corp. (PINKSHEETS: [ IACH ]) announced today that it has engaged the services of Jaspers and Hall, its former Auditor, as pre-audit Consultants to prepare and update the company's books, records and filings for an audit.

William Craig, a CEO, stated that this is the first step to get IA and its subsidiaries back to trading on a listed exchange. IA will again become a fully reporting public company and will apply to a yet to be announced exchange. As the audit nears completion IA will present a news release to disclose the findings of the consultant and IA management as to the best exchange for its business model.
