BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) - Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: [ OPMG ]), a leading Email Service Provider and Permission-Based Email, SMS/Text Messaging, and Lead Generation company, today announced an agreement to purchase the MFP Business Solutions database platform. The agreement will enable MFP to provide to Options Media the platform loaded with approximately 200 million consumer and 25 million business records. The data is targetable for marketing campaigns by hundreds of available lifestyle and geographic factors.

"The acquisition will provide OPMG with a new database and software platform that will augment our existing database," stated Mr. Scott Frohman, CEO of Options Media. "The newly acquired data provides us with the ability to expand our capabilities with regards to larger advertising agencies and corporate advertisers, by offering a higher degree of responsiveness, targetability and overall versatility. The additions to our database and software will assist Options Media in continuing to increase market share and allow for increased revenue growth."

The new multi-channel database will enable OPMG to expand service offerings and improve turnarounds on count requests while speeding up the deployment time for marketing campaigns. By offering this magnitude of data and targeting to clients, Options Media can optimize revenues by boosting a client's ability to zero-in on their prime prospect universe with greater precision. Adding this new data into the existing Options Media database gives customers new revenue-building possibilities that cannot be found with other providers.

"One of the prime aspects that separates Options Media from others in our industry, is our drive to continually do better," states Frohman. "We knew we had a superior database and platform to begin with, however we are on an active quest to keep adding new functionality and technology that not only put OPMG at the top of its field, but keep us there into the future. We're not satisfied at being unique, we want to be the best."

When integrated into the Options Media systems, the MFP Business solutions platform will be updated quarterly with new data, change of address (NCOA) and updates in targeting information.
