Cleartronic, Inc.: Uruguay Telephone & Electric Awards Unified Communications Contract to VoiceInterop and TeleData Uruguay

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - June 17, 2009) - VoiceInterop, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleartronic, Inc. (OTCBB: [ CLRI ]) ([ www.voiceinterop.com ]), a provider of unified communications (UC) solutions, announced that it has been awarded a unified communications contract by the [ Uruguay Telephone and Electric Company (UTE) of Montevideo, Uruguay ].

Phase one of the contract specifies VoiceInterop's AudioMate360 hardware and AudioMate UC software. VoiceInterop's partner in Uruguay, [ Teledata Uruguay ], will provide installation, maintenance and support services. Phase one will integrate fifteen (15) remote Land Mobile Radio (LMR) sites with ten (10) Network Operating Centers (NOC) [ using AudioMate360 hardware ] and [ AudioMate software Dispatch Consoles ] enabling communication between operations staff and power grid line crews. Subsequent phases of the project will integrate an additional 300 LMR sites with NOCs throughout the country.
