Mr. Brown's acquisition of shares was reported on two separate Form 4 Statements of Change in Beneficial Ownership of Securities filed on June 17, 2009. The first Form 4 filed by Mr. Brown reported that on June 10, 2009, he acquired 1,838,235 shares of Unico common stock at a price of $0.0136 per share. On the same date, Mr. Brown gifted 735,294 shares of common stock to C. Wayne Hartle, who serves on the company's Board of Directors and holds the position of Corporate Secretary. Mr. Hartle reported the acquisition of the shares gifted by Mr. Brown in a Form 4 statement filed on June 17, 2009. Mr. Brown also gifted 367,647 of his acquired shares to another individual.
The second Form 4 filed by Mr. Brown reported that on June 16, 2009, he acquired an additional 1,388,889 shares of Unico common stock at a price of $0.0144 per share. As a result of these acquisitions and the gifting of shares, Mr. Brown now owns 8,559,676 shares of Unico common stock.
