FREMONT, CA--(Marketwire - June 9, 2009) - Mattson Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ MTSN ]), a leading supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that a major memory device manufacturer has completed production qualification of the Company's Suprema™ photoresist strip system. The Company noted that the customer has accepted the tool, currently at its site for performance verification, and plans to fan out the technology to its manufacturing partners in Asia.
