Cleartronic, Inc.: VoiceInterop Announces New Firmware Release to Extend Reach of AudioMate360 IP Gateways to VOX Capable Radio
BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - June 9, 2009) - VoiceInterop, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleartronic, Inc. (
"We are always trying to improve our products," said Larry Reid, CEO. "Our resellers and customers requested that we add VOX to our gateways and we did it. The VOX capability gives the AudioMate360r [ RoIP gateway ] voice detection for use with radios that do not provide hardware receive indication. This added feature opens up new possibilities for commercial and military customers with radios that do not provide hardware receive signaling."
The new VOX controls also include timers to prevent ping-pong jabber on point-to-point radio links. There is also a redesign of the web management screens for better clarity of organization, status reporting and the ability to manage each gateway over the web. These improvements are easily obtained by remotely downloading the Version 24 firmware from VoiceInterop's web site and then updating each AudioMate360 device using a [ small Windows utility ].
