Cray Inc.: Cray XT5 Series of Supercomputers Now Available With Six-Core AMD Opteron(TM) Processors
SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - June 1, 2009) - Global supercomputer leader Cray Inc. (

The Six-Core AMD Opteron processor will provide more than a 30 percent performance per watt improvement over previous generations of AMD Opteron processors.
