Riverbed Technology: Riverbed Named 2009 SSPA STAR Award Recipient for Customer Support

The STAR Awards acknowledge the contribution of companies of all sizes to the continual improvement of industry-wide service and support delivery. The SSPA award program includes a rigorous review process led and judged by industry peers. The judging committee, overseen by the SSPA Advisory Board, evaluates criteria including customer support center responsiveness, web self-service, product supportability, proactive service offerings, and customer and business impacts.
