ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - May 15, 2009) - TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: [ TSYS ]), a leading provider of mission-critical wireless communications technology, has been invited to present at the Stephens Inc. Spring Investment Conference. The conference will be held at The New York Palace Hotel on June 2-3, 2009.

TCS management is scheduled to present on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day. Management will discuss the company's progress including recently reported Q1 2009 revenue of $70.5 Million up 75% year-over-year and net income of $4.9 million or $0.10 per dilutive share. EBITDA increased 31% year-over-year to $11 Million or $0.21 per dilutive share.
