

Video Display Corporation Awarded Substantial Orders for Proprietary Phosphor Screens
ATLANTA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Video Display Corporation (NASDAQ: VIDE) today announced that its Lexel Imaging Systems Inc. division had been awarded orders for several thousand of its proprietary phosphor screens for major defense contractors. The proprietary phosphor screening employs specialized techniques to obtain the highest quality screens as demanded by its end customer: the US Government. Lexel Imaging has the proven capability of coating various substrate materials and sizes on flat, round and conical shapes. Such contract awards are expected to generate double digit growth to Lexel Imaging's annual revenue and profitability for the foreseeable future.
