ATLANTA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Video Display Corporation (NASDAQ:[ VIDE ]) announces that its subsidiary, Aydin Displays, Inc., a leading manufacturer in display technology, has been awarded the 2008 Supplier Excellence 4-Star Award by Raytheon Company's Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Division. This award is issued annually to Raytheon suppliers that demonstrate exceptional performance. Recipients are selected for outstanding quality in service, delivery, safety and overall achievement in the supply process.
At a recently held ceremony, Raytheon recognized Aydin Displays as one of their top suppliers. In addition to recognition during the ceremony, Aydin was presented with a banner, which states:
