SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - July 29, 2009) - ubroadcast, inc. (OTCBB: [ UBCI ]), a leader in Internet Broadcasting, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Alexander Lindale, LLC, a financial media company based in Minnesota with offices in Midvale, Utah.

Under the terms of this revenue sharing based agreement, Alexander Lindale will provide UBCI an outside sales force that will market ubroadcast's recently launched video and audio platform, initially focusing its sales efforts to publicly traded companies. Alexander Lindale plans to offer additional production, editing and distribution of audio and video services to complement the ubroadcast offering.
