Redknee Appoints Chief Financial Officer

 David Charron Confirmed as Permanent CFO TORONTO, July 31 /CNW/ - Redknee (TSX:RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, is pleased to announce that it has appointed its interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), David Charron, to its permanent position. This appointment is effective immediately. David Charron joined Redknee in July 2007 in his role as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. He was appointed interim CFO in February 2009, and his permanent appointment has the full support of the senior management team and Board of Directors. Lucas Skoczkowski, CEO of Redknee commented: "We had tremendous response to our search but after a full review it was clear that David was the strongest individual for the position.
