AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) - SolarWinds, Inc. (NYSE: [ SWI ]) today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 12,116,279 shares of its common stock at $12.50 per share. SolarWinds sold 9,000,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders sold the remaining 3,116,279 shares in the offering. Further, the underwriters of the offering exercised the over-allotment option to purchase 1,817,441 additional shares of common stock from the selling stockholders.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
