ANADIGICS: ANADIGICS Announces Internet Availability of Proxy Materials for 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

WARREN, NJ--(Marketwire - March 27, 2009) - ANADIGICS, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ ANAD ]) today announced that proxy materials for its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders are available on the Internet in accordance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Notice and Access Rule that allow companies to furnish their proxy materials over the Internet.

Last year ANADIGICS distributed nearly 16,000 proxy statements and annual reports. This year, the company is demonstrating its commitment to the environment and cost control by mailing copies of the proxy materials to stockholders with shares held through an intermediary by request only and posting the same information online. The company expects to reduce printing by more than 1 million pages.
