NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 26, 2009) - Cephas Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: [ CEHC ]) today announced that it was recently accepted into Apple Computer's iPhone developer program.

As an authorized iPhone developer, the Company is now able to sell applications subject to review and approval on the iTunes App Store directly to consumers. According to industry estimates, there are 17 million iPhones in use and users have downloaded 800 million applications.

With its entry into the iPhone market, Cephas is building on its history of branding mobile applications and devices. The company has been in the mobile market for the past nine years delivering a variety of celebrity associated products.

Cephas is currently developing iPhone applications under a license from the undisputed world heavyweight, mixed martial arts champion, Fedor Emelianenko.
