SPi: SPi Ranks High in the 2009 Global Services 100 Survey
WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - March 17, 2009) - SPi, a leading global provider of business process outsourcing solutions announced today that it has been recognized in the Global Services 100 Survey. SPi's rankings include a Top 10 rating in the Best Performing BPO Providers category and the number 2 position in the Leaders, Emerging Asian Markets category.
The Global Services 100 is a ranking of the world's top 100 innovative service providers across various BPO and IT sectors by Global Services and neoIT. In developing the ranking, third party and participant-provided data were collected and evaluated. Service providers are ranked across four major categories -- operational excellence, human capital, service offerings, and client relationships.
