Taleo Corporation: Taleo Launches Seminar Series "Making Every Head Count" for Small and Medium Businesses

DUBLIN, CA--(Marketwire - March 26, 2009) - Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: [ TLEO ]), the leading provider of on-demand talent management solutions, today announced it has launched an 18-city seminar series, which started March 10 in San Mateo, CA and will wrap up June 4 in New York. Now, more than ever, businesses of all sizes need to think strategically about how to manage talent. Taleo's seminars will take industry experts coast-to-coast to provide businesses and their Human Resource departments with tips for creating and executing flexible talent management strategies.

The series is designed to help organizations increase efficiencies, leverage business systems and relationships and quickly align employees with overall business objectives. Attendees will also gain insight into preparing for organizational change by reorganizing, expanding, or contracting, on demand.

The half-day events are free to attend and are open to Taleo Business Edition customers, as well as non-customers. Presenters include executives from Taleo's small and medium business division, as well as from talent management consulting firm Knowledge Infusion and Intelius Screening Solutions, a leader in background screening. The format is designed to create a lively discussion on how to maximize the performance of every person in a company.
