Under the agreement, signed in the third quarter of 2009, Medical Mutual of Ohio will use Callidus [ TrueComp® ] Manager, [ TrueInformation® ], Callidus [ TrueProducer™ ] software applications and BPM solutions to automate the onboarding processes for its 14,000 brokers in seven states and pay their commissions.
