The Top 100 Women in the Channel were chosen by the editors of the magazine based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel.

Malone is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Websense channel sales teams and channel partner programs. Houssiere is responsible for the origination and execution of the award-winning Websense partner program and enablement resources. Both executives strive to ensure partner profitability and each have more than a decade of experience working within the IT channel.
