([ www.kortel.net ]), has expanded the capability of its Mesa II Softswich in the preparation to launch its entry into the retail market through ANI program offerings. Management noted that the strategy of combining wholesale telecom business with retail offerings would provide Kortel Communications with a more balanced product scope.
