The product must be owned by the inventor and have a working prototype in order to present it to the product evaluation committee headed by Dr. Gadget. The submission process by which this will be done will be announced next week. Since small businesses create the majority of new jobs this joint effort will be a small contribution to help the entrepreneurial environment in the United States.
