LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - July 16, 2009) - Zcom Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ ZCNW ]) is pleased to announce today that its Board of Directors has elected Arnold F. Sock, Esquire as a Director. Mr. Sock has held director positions in 6 public companies as well as being a chief executive officer. He currently is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of DLR Funding, Inc. Mr. Sock was previously a member of the board but had to resign last year because of other commitments.
