NexHorizon Communications, Inc.: NexHorizon Updates Oklahoma Cable Television Transaction

WESTMINSTER, CO--(Marketwire - January 21, 2009) - NexHorizon Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: [ NXHZ ]) in a press release dated October 30, 2008 stated that it had completed its acquisition of certain cable TV assets located in a Oklahoma metropolitan area. As an update to the transaction the Company has not taken control of all of the assets because certain financial information and controls of accounts have not been provided which will allow the Company to complete its audit requirements.

NexHorizon management believes the transaction will be consummated sometime in first quarter 2009.
