Switch and Data Provides Customers with Single Source for Data Center and IP Transit Needs with Expanded Provider and Site Avai
TAMPA, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Switch and Data (NASDAQ: SDXC), a leading provider of network neutral data center and Internet exchange services, announced today that it has enhanced opportunities for customers to simplify their data center and IP transit purchasing by expanding the providers and site availability for its SingleCNXT-i® bandwidth service. SingleCNXT-i is a program that gives Switch and Data customers a single interface to select IP transit services from multiple participating providers in a site. All data center and bandwidth services are aggregated into one, convenient Switch and Data invoice. Therefore reducing the complexity with one solution, one invoice for customers.

Switch and Data customers derive several key benefits from the SingleCNXT-i service. They simplify network provisioning with one source to identify, evaluate, order, provision, maintain and pay for both their data center and bandwidth services. The SingleCNXT-i service is carrier-neutral, a customer can view all participating providers in a site and select the service that best meets its needs. The program also gives customers access to negotiated rates from multiple competing providers, potentially lowering interconnectivity expense. SingleCNXT-i is available from T-1 to OC-n via copper and fiber, and at Ethernet speeds from 1 to 100 Mbps plus Gig-E.
