AuthenTec to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results

MELBOURNE, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--AuthenTec (NASDAQ: AUTH), the world's leading provider of fingerprint sensors and solutions, today announced that it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008 financial results for the period ending January 2, 2009 on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, after the market closes.

The Company will host a conference call for analysts and investors to discuss its financial results at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
